Duje Medić was born in 1986 in Makarska, Croatia. He earned his Masters at the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts, Graphic department in 2010. He is a member of HDLU, HULU, HULULK and HZSU.
2015 he participated at the international workshop Science meets Art in Brela, Croatia. The workshop was organized by prof. Ivan Đikić (Goethe Institute, Frankfurt), Dr.Martina Mijušković and Duje Medić.
2014 he participated at the international workshop Science meets Art as one of the mentors. The workshop was organized by prof. Ivan Đikić (Goethe Institute, Frankfurt), dr.Martina Mijušković and academic sculptor Ivanka Filipović in Gallery MAP in Brela.
2013 he participated in Art stays festival, Ptuj, Slovenija.
2010 he participated in making of mosaic in the public area in Ivanić-Grad in Croatia.
2009 he was one of the ten croatian printmakers whose prints were chosen for special edition of croatian art magazine Grafika.
2009 he participated in a woodcut workshop in Ivanić-Grad, Croatia.
2008 he participated in a workshop dedicated to the technique of mosaic near the city of Colmar in France, led by European mosaic expert Laurent Hunzinger.
2007 he participated in an art book workshop in Ivanić-Grad, Croatia.
